As we grow and departments specialise, people cross over roles less often, but our spirit of trading ideas and solutions lives on. We recognise a job well done. Equestrian, horsey, pony-mad; call us what you like, we live and breathe horses. When you love what you do, work is play. Our horsey majority ride outside work and regularly offer a leg up at our shows and events. The non-horsey members of the team who join are quick to immerse themselves in our unique world. We all have a professional craft and we’re all equestrians too, whether born or made. We share our diverse talents, both on and off the back of a horse, to make this brand what it is.
